Call Hold and ReleaseWhile a call is in progress, you have the ability hold a call, and receive incoming calls.
To place a call on hold:
- Click the pause button in the top left section of your Click to Call Window.
- Press the button again to resume the call.
- Place the current call on hold.
- Select the incoming call to answer.
- If you do not place the active call on hold, that call will be abandoned when answering an incoming call.
- To return back to the call on hold, select the call that is waiting to resume.
