Cloud9’s unique neighbor feature prevents users from hearing their own voice coming through neighboring speakers (if another C9 Trader is nearby).To assign, edit and remove neighbors:
- Select the Users tab and click on a user.
- Click on Edit Neighbors.
- Select a user in the left column and click Add User as Neighbor.
- To remove a user, select their username in the right column and click Remove User as Neighbor.
- Click Done to save your changes.
Please note: Users who are working remotely will need to select "Working Remotely" upon logging into their C9 Trader. This will disable the neighbor settings, and allow users who normally sit together to now be able to speak to one another. Click here to learn more about the Working Remotely feature.
